Have this ready when you call
Thirty seconds on the phone saves an hour on the shoulder. Tell us:
- Where the truck is. Highway and direction, the last exit or mile marker, and which shoulder. In a yard, the address and a gate contact.
- Truck or trailer, and which tire. Steer, drive, or trailer, inside or outside dual, left or right.
- The size on the sidewall. Something like 295/75R22.5 or 11R24.5.
- Whether it can roll. A shredded tire that can limp to a wide shoulder or a lot is safer for everyone.
- Loaded or empty. It changes the jack and how we lift.
Then get behind the barrier, put the triangles out, and we will text you when we are close.

What is in the van
- Gas compressor and a portable air tank, so we can inflate on the shoulder with the van running.
- Floor jack and stands rated for a loaded trailer axle.
- Bead breaker, tire irons, and the tools to demount and mount on the roadside.
- Your tire, loaded at the yard for the call. We keep new and used tires in all common commercial truck and trailer sizes, steer and trailer patterns.
- Torque wrench. Lug nuts get torqued to spec, not guessed.

Questions drivers ask
Do you carry tires or just repair them?
Both. We keep new and used tires in all common commercial truck and trailer sizes at the yard and load your size before we roll. Tell us the size on the sidewall when you call.
Can you fix a tire or do I need a new one?
A puncture in the tread area on a tire with sound casing can usually be repaired. Sidewall damage, a run-flat blowout, or a separated tread means replacement. We tell you which before we start and show you why.
Do you work on trailers that are dropped in a yard?
Yes. Dropped trailers, chassis in a container yard, and trucks parked at a terminal are routine. Give us the yard address and a gate contact.
What should I have ready when I call?
Where the truck is (highway, direction, exit or mile marker, or a yard address), whether it is a truck or trailer and which tire, the size on the sidewall, and whether the truck can roll. That gets the right tire in the van on the first trip.
Do you take fleet cards or fleet checks?
Today we take Cash, Zelle, Credit and debit cards. Fleet card and fleet check acceptance is being set up; ask when you call and we will tell you exactly what works that day.
Which areas do you cover?
Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Marin counties, including the Port of Oakland and the US-101, I-280, I-880, I-80, I-580, I-680, I-238 corridors. If you are outside that, call anyway. If we cannot get there fast enough we will say so.
